Ummmm HELLO!!!! IS ANYONE OUT THERE?!?!?! I kinda feel like I'm talking to myself. Maybe there are people reading this but my hope in starting this blog was to have people "follow" me. And every time I look at my blog page there are no followers yet. Kinda depressing but I guess I'll get over it.
Now on to stories of my trip to Florida. HOLY MOLY IT WAS AMAZING!!!!! On the flight from Wichita to Atlanta I sat beside a girl who had been flying by herself since she was 13 years old. I was so excited that I couldn't stop talking at first and then I looked at her facial expression and she didn't really seem interested so I quit talking for a little bit. Then a little closer to Atlanta we hit a bit of turbulence that scared the entire plane. We both grabbed for the center arm rest and held on for like 5 minutes....and then after that she seemed more open to talking. So the remaining 20 minutes of the flight we talked, non stop. When we got to Atlanta we had about 45 minutes to get on our next plane, so we grabbed some food right quick, boarded the plane and then got to Tampa bout 11:30 that night.Wanna know what the temperature was??? Haha...I'm gonna tell ya anyways...75 degrees. AMAZING!!! That first night when we got to Kelley and Bri's house we stayed up until 2:30 in the morning talking and catching up. Then slept in the next day until 11:30. It was pretty nice :) Monday we didn't really do much just kinda sat around and relaxed and then stayed up late again talking and stuff. Tuesday we went to the beach for a couple hours and then walked around some of the shops and looked, didn't buy anything cuz I thought I'd be smart and leave my wallet at the house so I wasn't losing anything. The rest of the week was filled with doing last minute wedding stuff and driving back and forth to the airport to pick family and friends up and bringing them back to the house. Thursday we had the bachelor/bachelorette parties. Us girls went to a Mexican Restaurant called Casa Tina. It was pretty darn good if I must say so myself. Then we went back to the apartment and started playing some games and was still playing games and having a good time when the boys got back from the Casino. And then we had a joint party and the last people left the apartment at 7 am the next morning!!!! Friday and Saturday were busy busy busy. Getting everyone from the apartment to the resort, and rehearsal dinner and trying to get some sleep Friday night before the wedding. Saturday went off without a hitch and the wedding was absolutely beautiful on the beach, and then the reception was a blast. The flight home was not such a fun thing. We had to be on the plane at 5:30 Sunday morning. O man I was sleepy...but couldn't sleep on the trip from Tampa to Atlanta cuz the pilot had told us there was a thunderstorm over Atlanta which made me kinda nervous. But I have to admit the lightning I got to see from my seat was pretty cool. Then the flight from Atlanta to Wichita....O MY GOODNESS!!!! It was too cold and too long of a flight for me. It was not fun coming back to Kansas and the cold snowy weather :( But I guess I had to get back to the grind sometime. And going back to work was tough after being off for a week.
When I got back to my house I had a package waiting from Nathan. I cried when I opened it. He is just too sweet to me and knows exactly what to send or say when I need it.
I am not really sure what this next semester in school is going to hold for me. Actually I'm not really sure I'm going to want to finish school right now. I still find myself struggling to do the homework, and go to class when I haven't had much sleep. So I think next week I'm going to sit down with my adviser and discuss some options.
Well I guess I don't really have much more to say right now so I will upload some pictures of my trip to Florida and let you all be on your way. I hope everyone is having a good day and you continue to have a good day :)
Much Love

Round 2- Ready? GO!
Ok, so the first time I tried to start blogging it didn't work out so well. So here we go with round 2. Hopefully it works out better this time. I believe I wanted to start blogging to get a lot of things off my chest, which worked out well for that first post but then I kinda stepped away from it and I could tell a difference when things started building up again. This time I believe my blog will be saving me from going crazy, and keeping everyone updated on what I'm doing since I won't be on Facebook for the next 46 days. Yep that's right, absolutely NO FACEBOOK for the next 46 days. I'm not of the Catholic religion but I want to try and see if I can go through what they do for Lent by giving something up, and in this case...it's gonna be Facebook.
So, to catch everybody up on what's been going on in the life of Di, hang on and enjoy the ride...lol Or not...your choice...lol Anywho, if you haven't read the first blog let me give you the short version of my schooling process. Right out of High School I wanted to major in education, specifically-early childhood education. Then I decided to switch to Accounting, five years into college. Possibly a bad decision, but I think in the long run it's ultimately going to be what I want to do. I am now a semester into the accounting major and I'm loving it. I think I might have tried to take on too much at once and had to drop back to just one class this semester but I'm doing very well in that class so I am happy with my decision.
I have an amazing boyfriend, Nathan Harden, who means the world to me. We have known each other for about 5 years now and I'm pretty sure we've liked each other for probably 4 of those years. Only problem being both of us were kinda scared to tell the other how we felt, because we thought it would scare the other one off. So we've talked and stayed very good friends through the years, and him joining the army, going through basic training, AIT, and then being stationed in Italy! UGH!!!! All that plus a deployment to Afghanistan, plus a couple more months we find ourselves where we are today. Although we aren't physically together we are actually dating now. Only thing keeping us apart now is him still being stationed in Italy. But that will all change in just a few short months, when he comes home in July!!! WOOHOO!!!!! I CAN'T WAIT!!!!!
My family is another amazing support system I have to lean on. They are always a phone call or email message or short drive across town away. It's so hard to keep track of everyone and I feel sometimes that I fail miserably at this but I hope everyone knows that I love them and miss them very much. And just because I don't call them or something, doesn't mean I'm not thinking about them or praying for their health and safety.
In a week and 5 days I will be leaving for Florida to spend a week with my best friend in the whole world!!! I will also be down there to be the maid of honor in her wedding on March 26!! So excited cuz it's going to be my first time to fly on a big plane and it's also going to be my first "Spring Break." I will definitely be sure to post pictures of my trip on here to share because I will not be able to get on Faceboook and share them :)
Well I think I am running out of things to say right now. So, I guess I will be wrapping it up for now. Please feel free to let me know what you guys think about this. Is it too much? Not enough? What do you wanna know? What do you wanna read?? I hope you all have a great day, and please be safe out there.
Until next time,
Much Love

I have two adorable Godsons, that live in Dodge City, and I wish I see them more often than I do. School and work always seem to put a damper on that though :( In a week and 5 days I will be leaving for Florida to spend a week with my best friend in the whole world!!!
